Today was the day. The super big, enormously important, meet-with-the-specialist-and-see-how-the-first-round-of-chemo-and-radiation-went day. And I’m going to cut straight to the chase, and say it was an amazing day. The scans look so good. In fact, the doctor said there are no visible signs of the tumor on the scan. Hallelujah! I got “home” today. At this point in life, I have no idea where home is, but I’m back with Pops. The sun was shining and we took a long walk around the neighborhood. Here he is proving how good he’s feeling. 😀 ~Jessica
